TROSYD REPAIR
Description
Topical medical device containing T-LysYal (supramolecular aggregate). Biological modulator of skin structures: dermis and epithelium. Modulates the process of repairing dermo-epidermic lesions thanks to the ability to reactivate regenerative processes.
Cream to be used as an adjuvant in the therapy of: skin abrasions and escoriations, burns, wounds, hematomas and chemical peeling. T-LysYal, present in the device, has the hygroscopic ability of the polymeric chain of hyaluronic acid, fundamental structural constituent of the extracellular matrix (ECM). It helps maintain the moisturized matrix by supporting structural integrity. Given the high hygroscopicity, T-LysYal solutions have high molecular transport capacity, reproducing more closely the physiological action of endogenous hyaluronic acid, causing an increase in dermis hydration, a facilitation of cell turnover and the removal of free radicals: all this favors the processes of repair and regeneration of dermo-epidermic lesions.
Mode of use
Clean your hands before proceeding.
Clean the wound with physiological solution.
Spread a thin layer of the product on the entire smooth surface, mainly on the edges.
Protect everything with secondary dressing, preferring greasy garzes for direct contact with injury.
Repeat the application 1-2 times a day until complete healing.
On hematomas and hematomas, spread, without massage, a thin layer 2-3 times a day without bandage.

Aqua, ethylhexyl stearate, glyceryl stearate, dimethicone, propylene glycol, cetearyl alcohol, cyclopentasiloxane, glycolic acid, PEG-100 stearate, triethanolamine, sorbitan stearate, stearic acid, palmparaben, propylparaben, sodium dehydroacetate.
Warnings
The product is intended for topical use.
The dressing with Trosyd Repair provides compliance with the most common hygiene and aseptic standards, then thoroughly wash your hands before proceeding its application on skin.
The cleaning of the lesa area must be performed only with physiological solution in order to remove any foreign bodies, while the excess of secretion and/or blood must be buffered with gauze tablets.
Do not use in conjunction with other products.
In the presence of purulent material consult your doctor before proceeding with use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Don't swallow.
The product is contraindicated in subjects that present intolerances/hypersensitivity to any of the components.
No known side effects of clinical relevance.
As soon as applied on smooth skin, you can feel a sense of burning that tends to resolve spontaneously after a few seconds.
In the case of side effects other than those described, suspend the application and consult your doctor.
Any serious event occurring in relation to the device must be reported to the manufacturer SILDEHA, and to the competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or the patient is established.
Although not known effects of Trosyd Repair pregnant and/or breastfeeding cream, the application of the product in these cases is subordinate to the judgement of the doctor.
Conservation
Store at room temperature. Keep away from heat sources.
