Description
Buranei with cocoa icing and coconut. Bakery sweet product, specifically formulated for celiacs.
Ingredients
Gluten-free food preparation 49% (potato starch, rice flour, brown millet flour, maltitol; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; psyllium fiber), sugar, eggs pasteurized, margarine 14% (palm fat, sunflower oil, water; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids from palm, sunflower lecithin; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity corrector: citric acid; aromas; coloring: betacarotene), vanillin, aromas.
COPERTURE: cocoa icing 3% on the total product [zucchero, grassi vegetali totalmente idrogenati (palmisti), cacao magro in polvere 16%; emulsionante: lecitina di girasole; vanillina], coconut 1.5% on the total product.
Without gluten and lactose.
