Description
Semi-finished powder for sandwiches, grissini.
For all types of breads such as sandwiches, pizzas, bauletto and focacce having a great softness and plasticity of the dough. The product obtained will then have a well structured mollic and a wonderful taste.
Ingredients
Amido of wheat swallowed, rice starch, potato starch, whole wheat rice flour, dextrose (from corn), maize dried acid paste, sugar; vegetable fibres: inulin, psyllium and bamboo; lentil flour, milk without lactose; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
May contain traces of soy, nuts dried fruit (almonds, pistachios), eggs, seeds i'm sorry and lupino.
Without gluten.
